Order Processing
At PulpKo, we aim to provide prompt and reliable service. All orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
The estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Ireland & UK: Orders will take approximately 2-5 business days for delivery.
- EU: Orders will take approximately 3-7 business days for delivery.
- All Other Regions: Orders may take up to 15 business days for delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is based on the weight and destination of your order.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
